Dear Praying Family,
“HERE”: In these last nine months, the Lord has been leading our ministry toward Dayton, Ohio, when we are not traveling for ministry. As part of our home church Grace Baptist’s “Multiply Grace” Initiative, we have begun worshipping and ministering with Keystone Church in Kettering, a suburb of Dayton where Hispanic populations are higher. With other Spanish-speaking friends, we are working together to start up a Bible study in Spanish as we work with the church towards the goal of a more multi-ethnic congregation and a church service in Spanish. We currently have a gathering of Hispanic neighbors with whom we meet regularly, and Kevin also leads a men’s Spanish Bible study in a neighboring town. Please pray with us as we look to the Lord to grow these ministries for His Kingdom.
“THERE”: Kevin continues ministering with IBAC (Bible Institute of the Americas) with module training in Cochabamba, Bolivia next month and then in May, he will travel to and train church leaders in Salamanca, Mexico.
AND “FURTHER”: Getting to put her TESOL* certification to work, Tia is excited about a ministry opportunity that will take us even beyond our usual Latin-American world. This June 2025, Tia will lead a Cedarville University ministry team to a village in Italy—Isola del Gran Sasso d’Italia (red dot on map). The team of six will join a church from North Carolina to help Centro Evangelico Isola with two weeks of evangelical English camp for the children of the local community. The Isola Evangelical Center, founded in 1957, carries out activities such as camps, conferences, and Bible training, with the aim of making Christ and the Gospel known in their region of Italy (two hours east of Rome).
Please pray with us for Tia as she leads and disciples these young people and for their ministry with the Italian children and on-site missionaries.
